Refund & Cancellation Policy at Tbghzlive
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund if the request is made before the order is processed. Once processed, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, contact us with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you may return it in accordance with our refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless our error caused the return.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Non‑returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including digital downloads, personalized items, and perishable craft supplies. These are identified on the product page.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in used condition or missing original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to returns of large or bulk orders. This will be communicated before you initiate the return.
