Tbghzlive offers recurring payment options for customers who wish to schedule regular orders of educational supplies or craft materials. This service is ideal for schools, daycare centers, and frequent crafters.

How It Works
Select Recurring Payment at checkout.
Choose your preferred frequency and order items.
Provide payment information for automatic billing.
Orders are processed on your scheduled dates.
You receive confirmation each time an order is placed.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in recurring payments, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each scheduled order. We will send a reminder at least 3 days before each billing date.
Modifying Your Plan
You may change your order items, delivery frequency, or shipping address at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring payment plan at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge. After cancellation, no further charges will be processed.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again after 3 days. After multiple failures, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Refunds
Refunds for recurring orders follow our standard refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with any recurring order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
