Order History at Tbghzlive
Your order history provides a complete record of all purchases made through your Tbghzlive account. This feature helps you track your orders, manage returns, and reorder favorite items.
Viewing Order History
Log in to your account and navigate to Order History. You will see a list of all your past orders with order numbers, dates, and statuses.
Order Details
Click on any order to view detailed information, including:
Product names and quantities
Unit prices and total amount
Shipping and billing addresses
Delivery status and tracking numbers
Payment method used
Search and Filter
You can search for specific orders by order number or filter by date range, order status, or product category. This makes it easy to locate older purchases or track recent orders.
Reordering
For frequently purchased items, you can quickly add them to your cart directly from your order history. This saves time and ensures you receive the same products.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, your order history provides the order details required to initiate the process. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Downloadable Invoices
You may download invoices for all completed orders for record-keeping or reimbursement purposes.
